Where do your products ship from?
To keep inventory fresh and prices low, our items are dispatched directly from our partner fulfillment warehouses located globally, including major hubs in the US, Europe, and Asia.
Are the gadgets authentic and tested?
Yes. We work closely with vetted supply chain partners to ensure all electronic gadgets meet quality standards. Many of our tech items undergo strict quality control checks at the fulfillment warehouse before they are securely packaged and shipped.
Do products come with a warranty?
Most of our electronic gadgets come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. The specific warranty details can be found on individual product description pages. Please note that warranty processing may require a video or photographic proof of any technical defects.
2. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we ship directly from global fulfillment hubs to save you money, delivery times can vary depending on your location:

I ordered multiple items, why did they arrive in separate packages?
Because we source our gadgets and custom tech merchandise from different specialized fulfillment warehouses, items in a single order may be packaged separately. Don't worry—if this happens, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package, and they will all arrive safely.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your package is scanned by our shipping courier, an automated email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to you. Please allow 2–4 days for the tracking status to update online after receiving the email.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For most major shipping destinations, packages are processed smoothly without extra fees. However, depending on your country's customs policies, international shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite gadgets or tech merch to your cart, and head to checkout. Fill in your shipping address, select your preferred secure payment method, and complete the order. You will receive an immediate order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our automated system syncs instantly with our global fulfillment partners to process and pack your items as fast as possible, we have a very narrow window for adjustments. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to modify or cancel it. Once an item has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be altered.
What payment methods do you accept?

4. Returns, Refunds & Support
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to love your tech gear! We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
My item arrived broken or defective. What should I do?
We apologize for the trouble! If a gadget arrives damaged or fails to function out of the box, please contact us at support@gadgetsmerchhub.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with a clear video or photo showing the issue. We will quickly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Because items are fulfilled through an automated global logistics network, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a fresh order on our store.
